Steve, I wanted to take a brief moment and write to you singing the praises of your company. We had both insulation and radiant barrier installed in our 30 year old home at the end of June. I have to be honest and say although I knew the insulation was much needed, I was hesitant about the radiant barrier. Well after close to two months with both, I could not be happier. Our KW consumption has definitely reduced and I can not believe how well the radiant barrier works, it is like you said "an instant shade tree". The price quoted and paid was more than fair, and the team doing the insulation were both courteous and polite. We have recommended Cooler Attics to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I wanted to add more insulation to my attic and had gone through several estimates with some big local companies and hard ware stores…..and finally found Cooler Attic, the representative showed exact on time ( this is very important to me, because it is the first step of the process and it shows the professionalism of the company ). The representative went in my attic and looked all areas in the attic and gave me 2 different estimates based on the Resistance level provided , I chose the higher resistance level  which the estimate  was far lower than any other estimates that I had received before. We set up an appointment for following week and 2 other representative very polite and professional showed up on time ( again ) and they did a fantastic job in my attic, they even covered over my garage and filled out under the boards between joists where I had some storage area . My house has been a lot cooler and my electric bill has been a lot lower ( about 20% ). I have recommended The Cooler Attic to my friends and co-workers. I recently enlisted the services of Cooler Attics to apply radiant barrier paint in my attic to help
me beat the hot Texas summer.

Steve Dugan contacted me and set up an appointment to provide an estimate for the work.
He was very professional, arriving on time as agreed and performing a thorough review of
My attic area. He provided a professional estimate via email within minutes of completing the review
Of my attic area.

I reviewed and accepted the bid and received a phone call from Cooler Attics within 48 hours
To schedule the crew to perform the work.

The Cooler Attics crew actually arrived early on the scheduled date after calling to verify that an earlier than
Planned arrival was OK with me.
They completed the work promptly and professionally. Even pointing out and apologizing for breaking the wiring to my
doorbell while spraying the radiant barrier paint. (Most contractors would not have said anything
and denied breaking the wire). Kudos to them for their honesty and integrity.

I realize that an existing attic space is not easy to work in, you simply can’t see all the hazards buried
under the insulation. Repairing the wiring was a 2 minute fix for me.

I am an engineer and as such did a substantial amount of research on radiant barrier paint, among other
options for environmental control and found that radiant barrier paint was the most cost effect choice
available for an existing home.
